Amber Smith, CPA
Amber graduated from the University of Arizona in 1985 and joined KPMG in their Tucson Office.  She relocated to Minnesota in 1992 and focused on raising her family until Amber purchased the accounting firm that is now AW Smith LLC (Minnesota) in 2005.  Amber is continuing to assist her partner in the operation of the Minnesota firm as she transitions back to Arizona.
Rebekah Smith
Rebekah graduated from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota with a degree in Accounting.  Rebekah worked at AW Smith LLC when she was in high school and college and joined the firm - full-time in 2021. 
Millard (Joe) Smith, CPA
Joe graduated from the Univeristy of Arizona in 1984 and joined Ernst & Young in their Tucson Office.  In 1992 Joe relocated with his family to Minneapolis, Minnesota to join Grant Thornton LLP.  Joe was employed by Grant Thornton LLP until he retired in 2019 at which time he joined his wife at AW Smith LLC.
